Swedish Massage (60/30 Minutes)
This Massage offers manipulations of soft tissues of the body by such movements such as kneading, pressing, rubbing and tapping for therapeutic purposes to promote circulation of blood and relaxation of the muscle for the relief of pain. It is very effective in breaking the cycle, relieving the pian and restoring mobility.
Hot Stone Massage (90 Minutes)
Tight, tense muscles are skillfully massaged with select, hot stones to provide a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience. Jojoba oil is used with the stones, and a little lavender to relax the senses.
Lymphatic Drainage (60 Minutes)
A light touch massage that can reduce enlarged extremities and help remove toxins. After an acute illness, an injury or prolonged period of inactivity, lyphatic sustems can become overloaded and stressed. A surprising light, balanced feeling often occurs after this unique procedure. It's a boost to your immune system.
