Mayflower agent employee honored
Cathy A. Tristan, a move coordinator with Scobey Moving & Storage Ltd. of Killeen, recently received Mayflower Transit's "Heart of Quality" award.
She was one of 20 move coordinators from the more than 400 domestic Mayflower agencies to receive the honor. A move coordinator serves as a single point of contact for the customer and all service providers throughout a move from the preparation through the final delivery stage. The honorees were selected on the basis of customer satisfaction surveys.
