ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

When I first checked in to the hotel I was very upset because even though it was 4:30 PM and they say check in is at 3, my room was not ready. I had a long day and my flight just came in, I took a cab there, and they made me wait in the lobby for an extra 40 minutes while they apparently cleaned the room, the room was nice but they have a "dinner" from 5:30-7 that was horrible, I went about 6:30 and they were out of food and the rude kitchen lady said oh we are out and slammed the kitchen door in my face. The hotel itself was great but SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! WE paid $99 that I wish I would have spent else where! I will never stay at the Residence Inn in KIlleen, Texas EVER AGAIN!

I was coming into town from Dallas to work at Ft Hood for a few days last week on TDY orders. I asked for the Military rate and the Front Desk
Manager Kathreen told me the Military Rate was no longer at the Residence Inn. I could not see how a hotel in a military town not have a military rate open...I just don't understand this no
MILITARY RATE!!!! I was told by her that dinner was from 5:30pm to 7pm. I went up to my room and put my things away but when I came back down to eat NO FOOD was left. The girl in the kitchen told me she had NO more food and told me," Maybe I should have came down sooner to eat and the food would have been there". Then she went back into the kitchen and didn't come out. I tried to knock on the kitchen door and she told to ask the front desk what she should do. I feel this was very POOR and Not the way Marriott should be RAN!!! I will never show my face back in that hotel again!!!!!

Very Clean Rooms. I just love Residence Inn hotels I stay at them all the time when I travel. It's great for my family and I. Very large rooms and great staff.I will be coming back soon.

After everything going wrong on my flight to Killeen and rental car not on time I was able to book a room last minute at the Residence Inn. The young lady at the desk was very helpful. I recall her name being Christy.She smiled when I came to the desk and told me should would be able to help me with a room for the 2 nights. I will always pick this hotel over any other hotels in the area. Thanks so much and Christy keep up the great work.

My group of Men came in to stay at the Residence Inn for a week and I have to say we will never book with another hotel again.Dinner was great and Breakfast..Rooms very very nice.Thanks so much we will be back.

Best Hotel in the Area

I just have to say this Hotel has to be by far the BEST hotel in the area.The staff was so nice. Never once did they not have a smile on there faces even the girls late at night made me feel at home and the food was so good.You can't beat Free breakfast and Dinner with Beer and Wine. It was GREAT!!!!!!!!
