LOUSY Customer Service in Cove!!!!!

Always when I have to visit the bank in Town square in Copperas Cove they are unfriendly and work in snail speed.
I hate it to go there and have closed my account today!
This is the very last bank I' suggest anybody!

My husband and I moved to Killeen from Germany. Some of our friends told us to get our direct deposit with First National Bank and we did. We are very glad to bank with you! In fact, we just got our first new car with a loan from your bank. Thank you so much!
