- We have a team approach. No new person will go to a client's home unattended.
They are introduced to the client and the routine is gone over. If all parties are comfortable the caregiver will begin care the next day or thereafter. The client knows who will be there for them ahead of time.
- Our surpervisors make unannounced visits to make sure everything is going as planned.
- Our management staff is on call 24/7 so there should never be a time when our clients are without care. Staff emergencies can happen - we have backup.
- Service plans are evaluated as needed. Our goal is to give the best care and change plans as the client's needs change.
