Not the same company I used 2 yrs. ago! Reviewed by Kirsten, 2008-06-23 17:34:39 I was a repeat customer, but will never use this company again. Although the staff and owner are very friendly, they damaged my two needlepoint rugs beyond repair. Also, after attempting to repair the watermarks they left on my persian rug, it was returned to me with several eraser-sized bald spots. I had at least FIVE appointments scheduled with them where they failed to show up or even call, and three other appointments cancelled at the last minute. It took nearly one month after the original cleaning to get my rugs back. Sure, they're very clean, but my rugs are completely damaged.

First impression gives you a warm feeling that they are there to help. Cleaned the soiled carpet very well made my carpet feel and look like new.
