If someone you knew was having a medical emergency would you know what to do? First Response Medical Training prepares you for just that…your first response. A person’s first response to a medical emergency in the home or workplace can have a significant impact on the outcome of the victim’s life.
At First Response Medical Training, we teach civilians, medical professionals, contractors and families to save lives.
All AHA course fees include pertinent supplies and materials (breathing barriers, videos, manikins, etc) however, American Heart Association booklets are sold separately. You may request that your instructor bring these books to the class for you to purchase (book price depending on the class). There is no extra charge for on-site workplace training, although we do require a minimum number people (depending on course
and location).
Payment is due prior to the beginning of class, unless otherwise arranged. When should you schedule a class? We advise you to book as soon as you are sure of which program you need and what dates work for you.
Simply call us to get exact dates and times or to book a convenient date for your group. Businesses can take advantage of our large group rates by scheduling regular training throughout the year. Call or e-mail us for details.

Babysitting is not just "watching" the children, but being responsible for their safety and well-being. When caring for a child, you are responsible for a parent's most prized possession. Everything in their home and your own home can be replaced - everything, that is, except a child. Babysitting is a huge responsibility. The Child And Babysitter Safety (CABS) training program is certified thru the American Safety & Health Institute. Parents and guardians will be pleased that their babysitter has attended the CABS training. Please visit our website for a list of the students that have attended our training. If you would like to utilize their services, please call 254-247-0460.
