We use approved rental agreement forms promulgated by the Texas Apartment Association and the Texas Real Estate Commission that are very detailed and explain what is expected from our residents. In the event there are any maintenance issues with your property we have specialist available to handle any situation. Our maintenance department consists of in-house and vendor approved personnel. Maintenance individuals and companies were chosen based on their reliability, dependable, experience and knowledge of maintenance. Our cumulative monthly and year end reports will delight you and your accountant with the information needed for your income tax preparation.
