Volunteer Opportunities

Mission: To enhance the quality of life for our residents, by assisting with activities and the activity department. We believe each individual or group volunteer can add to the enrichment of life and provide each resident with more variety of daily activities for a higher quality of life. We strive to have volunteers feel like they are part of the family.

Individuals can:

provide transportation

lead discussion groups

assist with gardening or plant care

participate in music appreciation and sing-alongs

assist with arts and crafts projects

assist with scrap book assembly

deliver mail

visit with residents

assist with scheduled activities

make donations

write letters

play cards, games, dominos, etc.

Groups are needed to:

adopt a nursing home

provide entertainment

sponsor parties or events

make donations

raise funds for resident council projects
