"Central Texas 4C, Inc. has been providing high quality child care and education services in the Killeen area for over 35 years through the Head Start and Early Head Start Programs.  Our services are for income eligible families of children 0-5 years old and include education, health, mental health, disabilities, nutrition, parenting and healthy marriage services.  All services are free to those who qualify.  See list of Killeen centers and phone numbers.  Applications are taken all year long and families are prioritized according to need."
