I am an agent here in the Killeen/Ft. Hood area with Coldwell
Banker United, Realtors and I will be happy to assist you in listing/selling
your present home or property or…purchasing a new home/property. Being from the
old school, superior service is a priority with me. As an experienced Realtor,
I can provide you with my extensive knowledge to help you make the best decision
when buying or selling a property. Also, being a member of both the Fort Hood
Board of Realtors and the Temple/Belton Board of Realtors, I have access to
search/show more properties.
Personal I was born O. Kay Anderson in
Pocatello, Idaho where I spent most of my younger life growing up. I completed my
education in the Northwest and in the Los Angeles area of California. My
grounding in Business Management began with a degree in Business from the
University of California at Riverside and practical experience as a Banking
Operations Officer. I moved on to sales with Computer Sciences Corporation, TACS
Division where I became the Sales & Marketing Director, spending 18 success
filled years with CSC-TACS. This followed with sales and marketing related
stints in California, Michigan, New Jersey, Mexico, Argentina and then Central
Texas. Central Texas began to feel more and more like home and is indeed my
permanent residence. I became a Texas Realtor in 2001 and thoroughly enjoy my
new found success in Real Estate. My education continues in Real Estate adding
other fields to assist my clientele. Presently, I hold the Graduate, Realtors
Institute, the Accredited Buyers Representative and the E-Pro designations. I
love golf, football and dancing and now farming. It is so exciting to live in
an area that features so many different cultures, new ideas and is still
continuing to grow.
