All applications for service can be made by calling 1-800-242-9113 Monday-Friday 24 hours. In case of emergency call 1-800-233-2133 (24 hours a day).

Information required to obtain service:
Social security number and a valid drivers license, lease agreement for rental property, service address.

Deposit Information:
Letter of credit from another utility or military waiver provided by the Housing Office on Ft. Hood. Cash deposit of $150. The account will be billed a deposit and the customer will have ten (10) days from time of "Date Wanted" to either pay the deposit or apply for a military waiver, provided by the Housing Office on Fort Hood. The waivers are faxed to our Killeen office daily.

Streetlight Outages:
Killeen residents can now report streetlight outages to TXU directly through the cities web sites. Simply go to the city web site, www.killeen.tx.us, and scroll down to the right side to Public Information. You may also call 1-888-313-4747.
