Office Hours:
Fort Hood Building No. 108 (military personnel)  Monday through Friday.

Customer Care Center (call-in only) hours: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday;.

All applications for service can be made in person or by phone. New service can normally be installed the day after the application.

Deposit Information:
A deposit may be collected at the time of application. Military Deposit Waiver program available.

Fees:
Service connection charges are billed on the first month's bill rather than at the time of application. Sprint telephone directories are available at the Fort Hood Building 108 office and at the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce.
